Inspector checking finished T-shirts against the quality standard

Quality Assurance From Yarn to Carton

We measure quality at two levels. Raw materials are tested against lab benchmarks before they ship. Garments are inspected at four stages before they leave the factory.

Laboratory and Quality Benchmarks

Our 4-Stage Garment Inspection

  1. Raw Material Check: We verify yarn count, inspect fabric rolls to the 4-point system, sort shade lots and check weight and width before spreading.
  2. Pre-Production Meeting: We review the approved fit sample, grading, critical construction points and trim card with production managers and line supervisors.
  3. In-Line Sewing QC: We watch live lines for stitch tension, needle tracking, stitches per inch and measurement variance.
  4. Final Random Inspection: We check packing, run carton drop and barcode scans and audit to AQL before issuing the Inspection Certificate.
